Biography


HI, I’M Jingtao Zhu

I hold a PhD in Cognitive Science and Language (Cum Laude) from  Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Universidad de La Habana in 2012 with a B.A. in Spanish Philology and hold an interuniversity M.A. degree in Cognitive Science and Language from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (jointly with Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat Rovira i Virgili and Universitat de Girona) and another M.A. degree in Training of Teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Faculty of Education, Universitat de Barcelona and Department of Translation and Languages Sciences, Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

I am a visiting investigator for 3 months at Université de Paris and Centre Nacional de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in France (postponed due to COVID-19) and visiting investigador at Churchill College, University of Cambridge (cancelled due to BREXIT).



Actually I am the executive director of ClicAsia, Centre d’Estudis Orientals (Barcelona and Madrid) and research member of the Acquisition and Pathology Lab in UAB.
